Clark Atlanta University (CAU) has long been committed to providing a global education for our students. Aligned with one of the University’s strategic priorities, and in support of First Lady Dr. Ba-Shen Bacon French’s initiative to empower students for international leadership, an inaugural Cultivating Global Leaders fundraiser brunch will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Atlanta, Georgia from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Hosted by First Lady Bacon French, the brunch is a special fundraiser to further the University's comprehensive internationalization vision and framework to advance students' academic and career success.

This inaugural garden brunch is to help 88 Clark Atlanta University students obtain passports and assist students and University ambassadors in engaging the global community. Global competency is imperative given the requirements and skillsets needed in the 21st century. Global learning facilitates educational experiences that allow diverse perspectives and prepares students to effectively communicate and collaborate across cultures. Our students will be provided the opportunity to use primary and secondary knowledge to inquire, research, and take action on issues from a global disposition.
